Orange and brandy butter

Ingredients

  • 125
    g
    soft butter
  • 150
    g
    icing sugar, sifted
  • 10
    ml
    grated orange rind
  • 15
    ml
    brandy
 

Method

 
Beat the butter until light and creamy. Add the icing sugar by the spoonful while beating continuously. Stir in the orange rind and brandy and beat until well-blended. Serve with the steamed pudding.
