Ingredients (11)

15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
300.00 g sausages — pork, casings removed
250.00 g brown mushrooms — sliced
250.00 g baby tomatoes — quartered
1.00 fresh chillies — chopped
30.00 ml fresh parsley
salt
black pepper — freshly ground
12.00 lasagne sheets — cooked
olive oil — for drizzling
parmesan cheese — shavings

Method:

Heat oil in a frying pan, add sausage meat and cook for two minutes, breaking meat up with a spoon. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and chilli and cook until golden brown. Add parsley and season. Place lasagne sheets on four plates. Top with sausage mixture, drizzle over extra olive oil if necessary and add Parmesan.
Serves 4.
