Ingredients (7)

4.00 bread — white slices, toasted on one side
butter
200.00 g ham — chopped
30.00 g cheddar cheese — grated
25.00 ml mayonnaise
30.00 ml mustard — sweet and sour
1.00 eggs — yolk only

Method:

Turn on the grill and butter a baking sheet.
Lightly butter the untoasted side of each slice of bread. Place an the buttered baking sheet, toasted side facing down.
Combine the ham, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and egg yolk to form a thick mixture and divide between the four slices of bread.
Grill until golden brown on top and serve immediately with a fresh salad.
