Ingredients (6)

15.00 ml butter
125.00 ml water
10.00 onion — medium, sliced
100.00 ml cream
fresh garlic chives — rosemary and parsely
25.00 ml flour — self-raising

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Place the butter, water and onion in a large saucepan and boil for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and turn into a greased ovenproof dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the gravy is done and has thickened (the gravy does not set completely).
Serves 6.
