    eggs
  • 30
    ml
    water
  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste
 

Method

 
Prepare a fairly thin omelette flavoured with fresh herbs. Roll up tightly like a Swiss roll and cut into thin strips. Serve with lettuce leaves and a tangy salad dressing.
