Ingredients (5)

211.00 g olives — black and green
4.00 garlic — cloves, peeled
1.00 lemon — small, thinly sliced
5.00 oregano — fresh
300.00 ml fresh chillies — 573

Method:

Mix the olives in a sterilised jar with the lemon slices and oregano.
Add the olive oil and seal the jar with a sterilised lid.
Leave to marinate for 1 to 2 days.
Serve with fresh crusty bread.
Makes 1 x 500 ml bottle of olives
