    mangoes, peeled and sliced

    pineapple, peeled and sliced

    peaches, sliced

    bananas, sliced

    fruit liqueur (optional)

    fruit juice (not citrus)

    ml
    brown sugar
 

Method

 
CRUMBLE: Mix flour and butter together to resemble coarse breadcrumbs. Add oats, salt and nutmeg and mix well. Set aside. FILLING: Butter an oven-to-table dish, spread the fig jam on the bottom of the dish. Layer fruit on top of jam, drizzle with liqueur and fruit juice and top with crumble. Sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated 180 ºC oven, about one hour. Serve with whipped cream.
