    butter
  • 100
    ml
    marmalade
  • 50
    ml
    syrup
  • 100
    g
    mixed dried fruit, finely chopped
  • 220
    g
    oats
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease a baking sheet. Melt the butter, half the marmalade and golden syrup in a small saucepan. Add the dried fruit and oats, mixing well. Press firmly onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Spread with the remaining marmalade while still hot. Cool on the baking sheet and cut into squares when completely cold.
