  • 250
    ml
    cooked oats porridge
  • 125
    ml
    cake flour
  • 5
    ml
    baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1
    extra-large egg, beaten
  • oil for frying
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients well and fry spoonfuls in shallow oil until browned and cooked inside. Serve hot with cinnamon sugar. Makes 9 puffs.
