Nutty fish filling for pita bread

    hake fillets, cooked and coarsely flaked
  • 25
    ml
    pecan nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1
    small tomato, diced
  • 50
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 4
    ml
    tomato sauce
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients and spoon into pita bread. This filling does not require a sauce. Serves 2.
