    uncooked shell noodles
  • 250
    g
    salami, cubed
  • 6
    red pickled onions, sliced
  • 6
    green pickled onions, sliced
  • 100
    g
    gherkins, chopped
  • 150
    g
    fresh baby carrots, sliced
  • 100
    g
    pineapple chunks
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 25
    ml
    green pepper, chopped
  • French salad dressing
  • salt
  • pepper
  • few olives for garnishing
 

Method

 
Boil the noodles in sufficient salted water until just cooked. Drain. Add all the vegetables and mix well. Pour over just enough salad dressing to moisten the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with a few olives and chill. Serves 6.
