    spring onions, trimmed and sliced diagonally

    green chilli, sliced

    macadamia nuts, toasted
  • DRESSING
  • 1
    lime or lemon, juice and grated peel
  • 30
    ml
    fish sauce
  • 15
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 45
    ml
    sesame oil
  • 5
    ml
    fresh ginger strips
 

Method

 
DRESSING: Place ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Divide salad ingredients among 4 bowls. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
