No-bake energy balls

Ingredients

  • 1
    cup
    rolled oats
  • 2/3
    cup
    desiccated coconut
  • 1/2
    cup
    flax seed
  • 1/2
    cup
    almond flakes
  • 1
    Tbs
    chia seeds
  • 2/3
    cup
    honey
  • 1/2
    cup
    peanut butter
 

Method

 

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.

Set aside in the fridge for 1/2 hour and roll into bite size balls.

Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge.
