No-bake chocolate cream cake

Ingredients

  • 200
    g
    packet shortbread biscuits, crumbled
  • 600
    g
    dark chocolate, chopped and melted
  • 250
    g
    Turkish delight squares, cut in half
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 200
    g
    pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 25 cm diameter springform pan lined with greaseproof paper.
Chill until set - about 3 hours.
Slice thinly for serving.
This also tastes great with a small cup of strong coffee and a glass of liqueur.
