  • good quality mayonnaise

    slices leftover roast turkey
  • 8
    rashers back bacon, grilled until crisp
  • watercress
  • chutney


Divide French loaf into 4. Halve and spread with a liberal quantity of mayonnaise. Top with turkey and bacon. Garnish with watercress and drizzle with hot, sweet chutney. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 12 300 kJ (2 940 Cal). A portion: 3 075 kJ (735 Cal).
