Ingredients (9)

50.00 g milk chocolate — broken into squares
0.00 coffee
570.00 ml coffee — strong, hot
5.00 ml cinnamon — ground
15.00 ml sugar
2.00 orange — sliced
1.00 lemon — peel
120.00 ml brandy
120.00 ml orange liqueur

Method:

Melt the chocolate and dip small coffee spoons in the chocolate.
Place on a plate and chill for 45 minutes.
Remove the spoons from the fridge 10 minutes before serving with the coffee.
COFFEE
Heat the coffee, cinnamon, sugar and citrus rind in a saucepan but do not bring to the boil.
When hot, stir in the brandy and liqueur.
Strain the coffee through a cloth and serve in cups with the chocolate spoons.
