Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the spices and fry until they become fragrant.Add the garlic and onion and fry until the onion is soft. Add the pork and fry. Keep stirring to break up the meat. Add 100ml water and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add lemon juice to taste and serve with basmati rice.
