    sesame seeds

    flaked almonds

    head cabbage, finely shredded
  • 8
    chives, finely chopped
  • 75
    g
    instant noodles
  • SALAD DRESSING
  • 200
    ml
    oil
  • 90
    ml
    white grape vinegar
  • 65
    ml
    sugar
 

Method

 
Fry the sesame seeds and almonds in a pan without oil or butter until lightly browned, taking care not to burn them. Cool. Mix with the shredded cabbage and chives. Pour boiling water over the noodles, stirring until the noodles are tender. Drain, rinse the noodles under cold water and drain again. Mix the noodles with the cabbage mixture. Blend all the ingredients for the salad dressing and stir well. Pour over salad.
