Ingredients (5)

25.00 ml tequila
25.00 ml lemon juice — or fresh lime juice
25.00 ml grenadine
10.00 ml castor sugar
6.00 oranges — ripe, peeled and sliced

Method:

Mix tequila, lime juice, grenadine and castor sugar together.
Place orange slices in a bowl and cover with the liquid mixture. Toss to combine well.
Chill until ready to eat.
Enjoy as part of breakfast or brunch or as a refreshing dessert.
