Ingredients (5)

2 corn chips — Doritos
1 salsa
250 ml sour cream
2 feta cheese
cheddar cheese — or gouda, grated

Method:

Preheat oven to 180º.

In a large ovenproof bowl (no need to grease), arrange chips.

Pour & spread salsa evenly over the chip.

Spread the sour cream evenly over the salsa.

Crumble the feta cheese over.

Top with lots of delicious cheese, (mozarella could be added along with the cheddar or gouda)

Sprinkle some parsley over and pop in the oven for 20 min uncovered.
