    naartjie zest

    Icing: icing sugar, sifted
  • 2.50
    Tbs
    naartjie juice
  • 1
    tsp
    naartjie zest
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Mix all the ingredients together with a spoon or process quickly in a food processor. Place teaspoonfuls on a greased baking tray, and flatten them a little with your fingers. Bake for 15 minutes or until light gold in colour. Turn out on a rack to cool.
Icing: Mix the ingredients well, and drizzle icing over the cookies.
