    ml
    Dijon or whloegrain mustard (or more to taste)
  • 60
    ml
    olive oil
  • 300
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 300
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 15
    ml
    sugar
  • salt and freshly and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Place the mustard in a mixing bowl, slowly add the olive oil and mix well.
Add the mayonnaise and yoghurt and blend.
Season with sugar, and salt and pepper to taste.
