Ingredients (14)

110.00 ml oil
25.00 ml mustard — seeds
1.00 onion — sliced
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
12.00 baby potatoes — sliced
1.00 ml chillies — powder
1.00 ml turmeric
5.00 ml ginger — ground
10.00 ml mustard powder
350.00 g cauliflower — florets
250.00 g green beans — halved
1.00 lemon — zest and juice
4.00 hake — frozen fillets
1.00 ml garam masala

Method:

1. Heat half the oil in a saucepan. Add half the mustard seeds and fry for 30 seconds. Add onion and garlic and sauté for one minute. Add potatoes, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger and half the mustard powder and stir-fry for three minutes. Add cauliflower and fry for five minutes, then add beans and fry for a further tow minutes, stirring continuously. Add 40 ml water, cover and simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the fish. Mix remaining oil, lemon juice, mustard, mustard seeds and seasoning together and coat the fish fillets in this mixture. Place fish onto a greased baking tray. Drizzle with any remaining oil and lemon juice mixture. Grill under a medium hot grill for 10 to 15 minutes until fish is cooked through.
3. Sprinkle garam masala into veggie mixture, stir and season to taste. Serve with fish.
