    quantity basic mustard sauce
  • 1
    kg
    mixed dried fruit, soaked
 

Method

 
Prepare the mustard sauce as described. Boil the dried fruit in a little water until tender. Drain if necessary. Bring the mustard sauce to the boil once more, add the fruit and boil thoroughly. Spoon into sterilised jars while still hot and seal immediately. Makes about 3 litres salad.
