    good-quality mayonnaise

    smooth apricot jam
  • 20
    ml
    sweet wholegrain mustard
  • 10
    ml
    Dijon mustard
  • 10
    ml
    medium-strength curry powder
  • 2
    ml
    turmeric
 

Method

 
Whisk ingredients together and store in an airtight jar in the fridge. Serve with salad. Makes about 375 ml.
