    sour cream
  • 1
    ml
    lemon pepper (or more to taste)
  • salt to taste
  • 15
    ml
    chopped chives
  • 2
    cans whole mushrooms, drained
  • melba toast or wholewheat bread to serve
 

Method

 
Mix all ingredients together. Chill well and serve as an hors d'oeuvre with melba toast or thinly sliced wholewheat bread.
