Mushroom and blue cheese toasties

    oysters, well drained

    large fresh black mushrooms, sliced

    milk

    creamy blue cheese

    slices wholewheat toast
 

Method

 
Heat butter in a frying pan and toss hazelnuts until golden. Add oysters and mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add milk and cheese and heat until melted. Serve on wholewheat toast. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 4 520 kJ (1 080 Cal). A portion: 1 130 kJ (270 Cal).
