Ingredients (7)

400.00 g bacon — back, chopped
15.00 ml mustard — seeds
400.00 g mushrooms — sliced
10.00 spring onions
4.00 pizza bases
125.00 ml sun-dried tomatoes — in oil, coarsely chopped
salt and freshly ground back pepper — and fresh oregano

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
Fry the bacon in its own fat until done and remove from the pan. Heat the mustard seeds in the pan fat until they start popping and add the mushrooms and spring onions. Fry until the mushrooms are no longer watery.
Remove from the heat and add the bacon and tomatoes. Divide the mixture between the pizza bases and season with salt, pepper and origanum.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and serve immediately.
Makes 4 medium pizzas.
