    white muscadel

    ml
    water
  • 1
    orange, juice and peel
  • 1
    lemon, peel
  • 1
    cinnamon stick

    each dried prunes, apricots and peaches
  • 100
    g
    seedless raisins
 

Method

 
Heat wine, water, orange juice, orange and lemon peel and cinnamon in a large saucepan. Add fruit and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until soft, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from stove and allow to cool in saucepan. Serve hot, cold or at room temperature. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 12 470 kJ (2 980 Cal). A portion: 2 495 kJ (595 Cal).
