Mulled cider

The aroma of festive spices in this mulled cider will get you in the spirit.

    cinnamon stick
  • 1
    vanilla pod seeds - split
  • 80
    PnP castor sugar
  • 1
    orange - sliced and juice
  • 2
    pomegranate seeds
Servings: Change Serving


Pour 2L cider into a saucepan.

Add 6 cloves, 3 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 split vanilla pod, 1/3 cup (80ml) castor sugar, a sliced orange and the juice and seeds of a pomegranate.

Simmer gently to heat through and serve.
