Muisbos sauce for snoek

    medium onions
  • 8
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 6
    ml
    Tabasco sauce
  • 5
    ml
    black pepper
  • 15
    ml
    Fondor
  • 500
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 375
    ml
    peach chutney
  • 75
    ml
    sweet sherry
  • snoek
 

Method

 
1. Mix all the ingredients except snoek in a blender until well combined. 2. Place a layer of cooked snoek in an ovenproof dish and spoon one dessertspoon of the sauce over each piece. Place under grill until golden.
