    dome-shaped loaf

    spring onions, chopped
  • 100

    good-quality white wine vinegar
  • 200

    olive oil
  • 2
    cloves garlic, chopped

    salt

    ml
    sugar
  • 50
    ml
    sweet wholegrain mustard

    Dijon mustard
  • FILLING
  • deli food of your choice (such as sliced mozzarella, grilled sweet peppers, grilled aubergines, sun-
  • salt and milled pepper
 

Method

 
Cut a 'lid' off bread and scoop out most of the soft bread inside. To make the dressing, shake all the ingredients together in a screw-top jar. To assemble, layer the filling ingredients inside scooped-out bread, sprinkling each layer with dressing, and season lightly. Replace lid and wrap bread tightly in foil, then in 2 layers of cling film. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, unwrap and cut into wedges.
