Muchicha and peas

    bunch muchicha, washed and steamed
  • 250
    g
    peas
  • 4
    tomatoes, grated
  • 2
    red onions, chopped
  • 250
    ml
    coconut milk
 

Method

 
Rinse and steam muchicha and peas until soft. Add tomatoes, onions and coconut milk, mix to blend. Simmer gently until cooked through - about 20 minutes. Serve with ugali or sima (pap). Serves 4.
