Moroccan baked fish with salsa salad

Ingredients (13)

6.00 fish — fillets, white
15.00 ml coriander — ground
15.00 ml cumin — ground
7.50 ml paprika
0.50 tsp cayenne pepper
1.00 tsp salt
2.00 Tbs fresh chillies — 573
2.00 Tbs lemon juice
1.00 cucumber — large
4.00 tomatoes
1.00 red onion
60.00 ml fresh coriander
2.00 lemon — preserved, quartered

Method:

Wipe fish with a damp cloth.

Mix spices, salt, olive oil and lemon juice together and rub into fish fillets.

Place on a baking tray and pop into a 200 degree C preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on thickness) or until done.

Prepare salad and place on a platter, top with spiced baked fish and serve with warm, crusty bread.
