    g
    spinach noodles
  • 500
    g
    lean beef mince
  • 410
    g
    canned tomato and onion mix
  • boiling water
  • 1
    packet minestrone soup powder
  • 500
    ml
    readymade white sauce
  • grated cheese for topping
 

Method

30 mins
 
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large ovenproof dish.
Cook the spinach noodles in rapidly boiling salted water until tender but still firm.
Meanwhile fry the mince until browned, add the tomato and onion, a little boiling water and the packet soup and simmer until done.
Arrange the noodles, meat and white sauce in layers in the ovenproof dish (ending with white sauce).
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the lasagne is heated through.
Serve with salad.
