Ingredients

  • 200
    g
    long-grain white rice, cooked according to packet instructions
  • 300
    g
    haddock, buttered and grilled for 5 minutes
  • 50
    g
    watercress, roughly broken
  • 150
    g
    frozen peas, blanched and plunged into cold water
  • 4
    eggs
 

Method

 
Gently toss all ingredients together, except eggs. Divide among 4 plates. Poach eggs and place on top of kedgeree just before serving.
