  • milk for soaking bread

    chutney

    smooth apricot jam

    brown grape vinegar

    tomato sauce

    milk

    extra-large eggs

    bay leaves
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Spray a 26 x 22 cm oven dish with non-stick spray. Blend all the ingredients, except the milk, eggs and bay leaves, in a large mixing bowl and turn into the prepared dish. Beat the milk and eggs together and pour over. Place the bay leaves on top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the dish is baked through and set. Serve with banana slices, a salad and chutney.
