  • 250
    ml
    Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk
  • 25
    ml
    cocoa
  • 5
    ml
    instant Nescafé coffee granules
  • 60
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 25
    ml
    van der Hum liqueur
 

Method

 
Heat all the ingredients except the liqueur, in a saucepan until all the sugar has dissolved. Stir occasionally. Remove from the heat and stir in the liqueur. Makes about 300 ml.
