Ingredients (4)

250.00 ml brandy
125.00 g white granulated sugar
250.00 g mixed dried fruit
50.00 g glacé cherries

Method:

1. Dissolve sugar and brandy over a low heat. Add fruit and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Pour into sterilised glass jars, cool completely and seal. Keep in fridge once opened. Keep on topping up with brandy sugar syrup. Delicious served over sponge cake or vanilla ice cream.
