Miso soup

  • 75
    ml
    miso
  • 1
    Litres
    stock (chicken, fish or dashi)
  • 200
    g
    tofu
  • 2
    shallots, finely chopped watercress
 

Method

 
1. Place miso in a small bowl, add 250 ml of stock to make a smooth miso paste. Heat remaining stock in pan. 2. Place cubed tofu into hot stock. Once stock starts boiling, add miso. Stir gently. 3. Bring to boil, remove from heat, add shallots and watercress. Serve immediately.
