Miso (Beef and noodle broth)

    toasted sesame seeds
  • 200

    tenderised beef, cut into thin strips
  • 125
    ml
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 125
    ml
    wakame seaweed, soaked in water
  • 10
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 1.50
    Litres
    water
  • 60
    ml
    miso paste
  • sesame seeds, to garnish
 

Method

 
Heat oil in a pan, add beef and cook, stirring, for a few minutes. Add mushrooms.
Drain seaweed and add to beef and mushrooms.
Add the remaining ingredients and warm through.
Spoon into bowls and top with sesame seeds.
