Ingredients (8)

15.00 ml sesame seeds — toasted
200.00 g beef — tenderised, cut into thin strips
125.00 ml mushrooms — sliced
125.00 ml wakame seaweed — soaked in water
10.00 ml soy sauce
1.50 Litres water
60.00 ml miso paste
0.00 sesame seeds — to garnish

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add beef and cook, stirring, for a few minutes. Add mushrooms.
Drain seaweed and add to beef and mushrooms.
Add the remaining ingredients and warm through.
Spoon into bowls and top with sesame seeds.
