Minted tomato sauce

    chopped tomatoes
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 125
    ml
    fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 5
    ml
    dried origanum
  • 15
    ml
    prepared chilli rnasala sauce
 

Method

 
Blend or process all ingredients until combined. Pour into a pan, and bring to the boil. Simmer, uncovered for about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Cool before serving.
