    pork rib, cut into 25 g portions as described
  • 15
    ml
    honey
  • 15
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 30
    ml
    fresh lemon juice
  • 125
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Place the ribs in a flat glass dish. Blend the remaining ingredients, and season with salt and pepper. Spoon over the ribs, cover and marinate overnight in the fridge. Place the dish with the ribs in the oven and bake for about 1 hour, turning frequently.
