Mince with crumble topping

    cake flour
  • 50
    g
    butter
  • 60
    g
    soft breadcrumbs
  • 50
    g
    cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 15
    ml
    parsley, finely chopped
  • 1
    quantity basic mince mixture
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 190 ºC (375 ºF). Sift the cake flour into a bowl and rub in the butter. Add the breadcrumbs, cashew nuts and parsley and mix well. Turn the mince into an ovenproof dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the crumble topping mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is crisp and golden brown. Serves 4.
