Ingredients (9)

1.00 onion — finely chopped
200.00 g beef mince — lean
250.00 g spinach — shredded
60.00 g walnuts — chopped
1.00 eggs — beaten
40.00 ml parmesan cheese — grated
3.00 ml nutmeg — ground
seasoning
pasta — cannelloni tubes

Method:

Sauté onion until soft. Add mince and cook until tender. Stir in spinach and walnuts and cool.
Add beaten egg, Parmesan, nutmeg and seasoning to taste.
Stuff into prepared cannelloni tubes, cover with sauce and grated cheese.
Bake at 180ºC for 10 to 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
