Mince pie with corn topping

    cake flour

    baking powder

    salt

    lukewarm milk

    butter, melted
  • 1
    egg, whisked
 

Method

30-35 min
 
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC and spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Prepare the tomato and mince mixture as described and spoon into the prepared dish. Sift the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Beat the remaining ingredients together, add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon over the mince mixture, spreading evenly, and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and done. Serves 4-6.
