Mince pancake parcels

  • FILLING
  • 2
    onions, finely chopped
  • oil
  • 500
    g
    mince
  • 25
    ml
    tomato sauce
  • 25
    ml
    Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1
    quantity pancake batter of your choice
  • lightly whisked egg white
 

Method

 
Sauté the onion in a little oil until tender. Add the mince and fry until done. Season with tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Make small pancakes, about 15 cm in diameter. Spoon a little of the filling in the centre of each pancake, fold two sides over the filling, brush with egg white and roll up. Fry each pancake in a little oil until golden brown on the outside.
