4.00 sweetcorn — on the cob
15.00 ml butter
125.00 ml milk
5.00 ml salt
3.00 eggs
125.00 ml cheddar cheese
125.00 ml breadcrumbs
1.00 pinch nutmeg
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped

Method:

1. Sny die mieliepitte van die stronke af en
gooi dit in ‘n bak wat in die mikrogolfoond
gebruik kan word. Gooi die botter en melk by,
bedek die bak en sit dit vir 8 minute op hoog
(100%krag) in die mikrogolfoond. Skep dan
die mengsel in ‘n voedselverwerker en pols
dit tot glad.


2. Skraap die mengsel uit die bak en gooi
die sout, eiers, kaas, broodkrummels en
neutmuskaat by. Meng deur. Smeer ‘n
mikrogolfvorm of bak met botter en sprinkel
pietersielie op die bodem. Sit die bak vir
omtrent 5 minute in die yskas.


3. Skep dan die mengsel in. Maak die
bokant gelyk en sit dit op ‘n rakkie in die
mikrogolfoond. Mikrogolf dit teen medium
(60%krag) vir sowat 12-15 minute,
na gelang van die diepte van die bak.
Keer die mielievorm uit en sit dit voor
saam met gesmoorde tamaties en uie of
oondgeroosterde halwe tamaties.
