Ingredients (8)

1.00 onion — finely chopped
1.00 green pepper — deseeded and diced
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
oil
15.00 ml golden syrup
2.00 ml cayenne pepper
500.00 g sausages — viennas, cut into pieces
250.00 ml peas — frozen

Method:

Sauté the onion, green pepper and garlic in a little oil until tender. Add the golden syrup, cayenne pepper and sausages and stir-fry for a minute. Add the peas and heat through.
Serve with samp, rice or putu pap.
Serves 4.
