    fresh lettuce, rinsed and separated into leaves
  • 4
    tomatoes, diced
  • 1
    bunch spring onions, chopped
  • 400

    tuna in oil, drained and coarsely flaked
  • 500
    ml
    corn chips (Fritos)
  • DRESSING
  • 1
    large or two small avocados, mashed
  • 175
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 15
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 1
    clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Arrange the salad ingredients on a salad platter. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together and spoon into small bowls, Serve with the salad platter. Serves 4.
